RailTel Corporation of India Limited is a “Navratna” Public Sector Undertaking which is governed by the Ministry of Railways. It has announced its regular recruitment drive for the year 2025. The recruitment drive is aimed at recruiting 48 vacancies in the field of Technical, Marketing, and Finance departments. There also exists some backlog vacancies for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories. Aspirants are hereby informed that they can apply through online from May 31, 2025, to June 30, 2025.

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. Is a “Navratna” Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways. It was established on September 26, 2000. It owns a nationwide optical fiber network spanning over 62,000 route kilometers and connecting more than 6,100 railway stations across India. The company provides a wide range of services, including broadband, VPN, data center solutions, and cloud services, under the brand RailWire. RailTel also offers public Wi-Fi at major railway stations and has implemented critical projects such as BharatNet and the National Knowledge Network. Its operations are certified for various standards, including ISO 27001:2013 and Tier-III data centers.

Selection Process: RailTel Recruitment 2025
The selection will happen in three stages:
1. Online Exam
- Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Total Marks: 150
- Time: 120 minutes
- No negative marking
- Language: Hindi and English
- Exam Centres: Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi/NCR, Hyderabad/Secunderabad, or any location decided by RailTel
2. Interview
- Total Marks: 50
- Only the top candidates (3 times the number of vacancies) from the online exam will be called
3. Document Verification
- Candidates must show original documents during verification
Final Selection
- You need to score at least 60% marks overall (Online Exam + Interview) to qualify
- Final list will be prepared based on merit and available vacancies
