The Software Division of Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navaratna Company and India’s Premier Professional Electronics Company requires Sr. Software Trainee-I, Jr. Software Trainee-I and Software
Professionals-I on temporary basis for its Software SBU for execution of various prestigious projects.

How Senior & Junior Software Trainees Will Be Selected
For both Senior Software Trainee – I and Junior Software Trainee – I positions, the selection process is give below:
- Written Test: Candidates will first take a Written Test for 100 marks.
- Merit-Based Selection: After the written test, candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance, in order of merit, considering both their specific category and discipline.
Important: If you meet all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement Advt. No. 383/TEMP-POSTS/HR/SW/2024-25, you will receive an email about the date and venue for the Written Test.

How Software Professional – I Will Be Selected
For the Software Professional – I role, the selection process involves two main stages:
- Written Test: First, the eligible candidates will take a Written Test for 85 marks.
- Interview: The candidates who are shortlisted based on their Written Test score, they will then proceed to an Interview.
Finally, candidates will be selected based on their overall merit, considering their category and discipline.

Experience: BEL Recruitment 2025
1. Senior Software Trainee-I (15 posts) & Junior Software Trainee-I (15 posts)
- Experience Needed: These profiles need only 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in the Software field, that too in Software Development, Testing, and IT Support & Maintenance.
- Good news for recent graduates: Freshers can apply for these positions!
2. Software Professional-I (10 posts)
- Experience Needed: You will need a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience after getting your qualification, focusing on Software Development and Testing.
Important Notes on Experience:
- Experience Cut-off Date: The cut-off date for a candidate’s experience to be counted is June 1, 2025.
- Calculating Experience: BEL Recruitment 2025 will count a candidate’s post-qualification experience starting from the month right after his completion of the essential educational qualification (i.e., the month after the candidate’s final examination).
- Required Documents: Candidates must make sure to include experience certificates or documents from their previous employers. These documents must clearly state their employment period.
- Describe Your Experience: Candidates are also need to attach a separate write-up detailing the relevant post-qualification experience they have gained.
